Given those options only I am defiantly choosing Dexter. I really liked Lost for awhile but then I got irritated because of the uneven mystery to answer ratio. ;)

Best show of all time is easily Arrested Development, but on this list I like Lost (the ending wasn't as bad as everyone pretends) and Dexter.
