Tracker Description

• Peers.FM is a small Russian private General tracker with more than 3,500 users and almost 3,400 torrents.
• If you looking for new movies, music, etc. releases, it's not a place you need to be.
  But the biggest plus of this site is some really rare content that includes databases and some rare training books and video courses on programming, accounting, economics, marketing and design.
   
• Since almost all the materials on the tracker are in Russian, it would be interesting for Russian, Ukrainian (and for all other Russian speakers) users.
  The entire tracker is also in Russian. You can translate it with your browser-autotranslation, but this can make misunderstandings in some sections like "tags", for example.
  Anyway, even in this case you won't have any problems with the site navigation.
   
• Maintaining Ratio there is easy because they have freeleech torrents and Bonus points system. Plus, this tracker doesn't have any "newbie test", so you can upload files from your first day there.
  However, in order to download rare files from the "database" section, you must have the rank of "Power User" (at least 1 month, more than 25 GB uploaded, ratio more than 1,05).
