There's not enough of a difference to put the larger files on my 80gb Zune. I have 10,000+ songs, mostly 192+ KBPS encoding though.

FLAC is better but not enough to justify the size difference.

Only use MP3, never tried FLAC but i know it has better audio quality. The problem is its much bigger size!

As much as I LOVE flac audio, I can't afford the extra disk space, so I usually just snatch mp3s.

My music player plays flac natively and have extra sound enhancements past a five band EQ, so when I download flac it sounds gorgeous.

I only download FLAC exclusively. I can then convert to mp3 later on. FLAC to create cd's for the car, and mp3's for the gym. One source two outputs. Can't say th same for mp3's.

And for those who don't know, FLAC= Free Lossless Audio Codec.

Although Mp3 it is not a lossless codec, it still gets the job done. As long as Flac isn't as mainstream, portable, popular and compatible as Mp3, I'll stick with the latter. :P
