Where to start? First off, the game looks fantastic. It might not be at the level of a game like Gran Turismo visually, but it still looks fantastic and the tracks all look stunning. The car models are mostly spot on and the attention to detail is great to see.

What really has me impressed though is, first of all, the car selection. Forza knows what car lovers want and they don't pad the numbers with tons of silly versions of cars people aren't going to spend much time with. It's basically a large array of all the greatest car lovers' dreams come true.

The most impressive part of the game overall, however, is that this game plays better than any console racer I have ever touched. And not just by a slight margin. It is easily in it's own league when it comes to driving physics, the way the tires react to different surfaces, and the way cars' weight reacts to hitting walls or other cars for example. Not even the slightest hint of "bumper car' syndrome. This is the real deal and honestly feels like the better PC racers when all the assists are turned off.

The track selection is amazing as well. The best in any racing game I've yet to play, with the exception of Dirt 2 in terms of overall beauty.

The online is a masterpiece with no peer. Finding great racers is quick, easy, and fun beyond any racing experience I've ever known.

To sum it up, I'm a huge car lover and this game has put a bigger smile on my face than any game I've played in a VERY long time.

It might not be for everyone, especially those who don't enjoy racing/cars, but for someone like me...this is the best game so far this generation by a landslide. I can't say enough for how impressed I am with all the little things this game does so well.

Note: my only gripe would be having to install a disc and then having to DL some extra cars and tracks (though free) but this is only a minor gripe. The sheer amount of fun and excitement this game has given me is a true treat.

Anyone who even remotely likes racing and/or great cars needs to buy this game. It will put a huge smile on your face.
