@Achelous I was not actually late. There was a message: "Sorry. You can't sign up from this IP". Since it was not my first attempt and I'd already tried several IPs with the same result, I came to the conclusion, there are some IP that are in the site's blacklist (I'm from Russia, by the way).

Not only VPNs are banned, many IPs other than those from Poland are also banned. I was not able to sign up.
