Support Team position is now open. We are looking for users to join our Support Team.

InviteHawk has been growing faster than ever and the current staff team is great but it is no longer possible for us to handle everything. InviteHawk has been my passion since the beginning and I am looking for someone who has the same passion and can dedicate some time for InviteHawk.

Basic Requirements:

• You need to have good knowledge about torrent sites, how they work, etc.
• You must be a part of atleast 10 torrent-sites
   

Responsibilities:

• Help resolve user queries posted in Tracker Help and Support and Helpdesk and Feedback sections.
• Help Forum Moderators verify posted reviews and approve them.
• Report to staff member if you find spam or dupe posts in your section and help keep the community clean.
• Help the staff by reporting them any unwanted content you see, help new users when they are confused.
• Co-ordinate with staff about users who post in certain threads in order to award them extra points when necessary
• Each Support Team member will be given one thread which they will be responsible for handing out points to users daily.
• Support Team is considered a part staff and receive all benefits of a Staff Member

Benefits:

• Each Support Team member will get a seedbox every alternate month
• A promise that if we guys work hard and everything goes according to plans, each member will get a seedbox every month
• Tracker requests fulfillment and seedbox requests. I will try to fulfil all your tracker requests and seedbox requests in case you need one urgently.
• I cannot promise to get you invites for high level trackers but I will try my best to help you out in every way possible
• Each Support Team member gets to have one Pinned Thread in each section every alternate months with a max of one thread total per section
• Staff Badge

Conditions:

• Support Team is considered a part of Staff. You cannot apply for Membershop Items related to Torrents. If there is something on Members Shop that you want, contact me and I will be happy to fulfill your request.
