Cashback FAQ - 

1. How do I get my cashback?
A. Cashback is given in terms of Bonus Points. Bonus Points are added at the time of order fulfilment.

2. How much cashback will I get?
A. Legend VIP users get 25% cashback and every other user class gets 15% cashback

4. How is cashback calculated?
A. Legend VIP - 1 EUR/USD = 500 BP | Everyone else - 1 EUR/USD = 300 BP

5. How do I use the Bonus Points?
A. Bonus Points can be used to redeem items from Members Shop or use it at the Online Store (2000 Points = 1 EUR/USD).

6. Can Bonus Points be used to pay for items on the Official Store?
A. Yes, it can be used to pay for 99% of items I sell. It cannot be used to pay for certain items like cabal trackers, low in stock items, hard to get sites, etc.

7. How do I pay using Bonus Points?
A. For items that can be paid for using Bonus Points, you should see an option at checkout to pay for using Bonus Points.

To make it easier, each product now shows the payment options accepted for it. If you do not see Bonus Points option then it is not available for that particular product - https://prnt.sc/vxo4DBv28Xs2

If the option is not there then the item is not eligible to be paid for using Bonus Points.

8. Can I pay a part of my order using Bonus Points?
A. Yes. You should see an option to 'Split Payment' at checkout.
