Fano.in is the most famous Latvian general tracker. Tracker born in 28 June 2005. With almost 15 years of online this has become the oldest Latvian & one of the oldest trackers in the world. There is over 33k of torrents with good speed and pre-time. Content is very diversified with a good amount of releases in English language. Fano has a simple layout & easy to navigate. It has Latvian, English & Russian interface.

Maintain ratio is easy as:

-      Many freeleech, double x2 upload count torrents are being uploaded daily.

-      Bonus points system is implemented, where you can buy extra GBs to your upload count.

Joining this tracker is complicated as the invites are only handed out to special classes of users (Staff and VIP). 

A very underrated tracker that deserves more recognition. Recommended.
