@KILLSHOT If you are not in the tracker and unsure what happened, It's best not to post downtime news related to that tracker. Only post the news of the trackers you are in. Don't throw stones in the blind.

Please note that Devils Playground came back from the dead nth time with all the data erased and this time without SSL. The admin of that tracker itself is advertising the site without SSL and mentioned that the team is looking into adding SSL for the site. Running the site without SSL is not downtime. Either way, Devils Playground is one of the most untrusted trackers ever. @KILLSHOT As mentioned before, If you are not in the tracker and unsure what happened, It's best not to post downtime news related to that tracker.

It depends on your location & ISP, but yes, IPTorrents got blocked in many places.

Yes, it does. IPTorrents (main link) is banned/blocked by many countries and ISPs, and so use the mirror links.
