I have bought seedbox today from seedbox.cc.

And I have the logins from site and I downloaded the two programs from site called Tramission client and Filezilla client.

But I am not able to do connect to any of the client.

I know what both client does.

I have configured Transmission using youtube and stuff as below:

FTP Client also telling that not able find server.

Raised ticket with support but no response from past 8 hours
