Help me with Seedbox Use - I m newbie for Seedbox

I have bought seedbox today from seedbox.cc.

And I have the logins from site and I downloaded the two programs from site called Tramission client and Filezilla client.

But I am not able to do connect to any of the client.

I know what both client does.

I have configured Transmission using youtube and stuff as below:

FTP Client also telling that not able find server.

Raised ticket with support but no response from past 8 hours

Dint u get a RuTorrent?? Its much more simpler and easier :/

Why dont u email them directly at their support instead of putting up a ticket if they are not replying?

Got a reply from Support guy today, after a week.

They gave new seedbox,everyting looks fine

Im new to seedboxes i went to seed.st they seem self explanatory and very cheap, good luck with yours

what was wrong with the first seedbox ?

did you get rtorrent for your next seedbox?

was it easy to setup ?

i maybe gonna buy the bat box.
