PHD is home of EPSiLON (AvistaZ Network) and this tracker has a lot of HD raw content Movies, TV Shows. This tracker is very much active if you are interested in series so you will not be disappointed because they are very active and uploads new episodes as soon as possible, recently they have changed the rules TV Packs are not allowed anymore.
    There are 47,276 torrents in different languages, you can find French, Spanish, German, Italian and many other languages. PHD website is easy to use and their interface is cool not too dark not too light which is perfect.
    PrivateHD is part AvistaZ Network and there are other exclusive trackers from the same Network AvistaZ, AnimeZ, CinemaZ, ExoticaZ. Ratio rules are basic and they're still testing out HnR, bad ratio will convert you from member class to leech and there are chances if you don't improve so you know the drill, but still there is hope with all the freeleech and the bonus system it is almost impossible to be banned.
  PHD Remuxes are just as good as the most reputable trackers, there is no difference between Source and Encode, it is definitely a great tracker to have if what you are looking for is quality.

PrivateHD is One of the best  HD tracker, they are part of AvistaZ network. They have a large collection of movies, tv-shows and music. They also have a large collection of untouched DVD and Blu-ray disc of movies and tv-shows. You must download or upload any content with in the first 30 days after joining otherwise your account will deactivated. Their internal group is EPSiLON. If you have a user class of member and above you can invite yourself to other AvistaZ network trackers like Avistaz and Cinemaz. They also have some awesome tutorials. Currently PHD is closed and only way to get in the tracker is get an invite. I highly recommend this tracker if you are looking for  quality  HD content.

phd is also a good private hd torrent only when the internal epsilon went out of phd It replaces TRITON, which is very good, it also remixes more like EPSILON

contents from different sources (BDRip, BluRay, Full/Raw BluRay, HDRip, HDTV, REMUX, WEB-DL & WEBRip) and in different resolutions (720p, 1080i, 1080p, 2160p). You can find good amount of releases from various top notch encoders like from TEPES, DON, NTb, TrollUHD, Cinefeel , GHOULS, QOQ, NOGROUP, CultFilms, Cinefeel, iFT etc, but contents of RARBG, FGT, Grym, TBS or non-web EVO
