Elizabeth Olsen has revealed why she likes Avengers: Infinity War more than Avengers: Endgame. The Scarlet Witch actress has starred in four notable MCU films. She will be appearing next on the small screen in WandaVision, which has received positive early reception.

It's hard to go too long without bringing up Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame in some capacity. Working as a two-part culmination, the story sees Thanos bring his plan to fruition, the aftermath, and the heroes making one final stand. The movies are ingrained in popular culture, with countless memes born out of the proceedings. Of course, a popular discussion is comparing the two films. Avengers: Infinity War works as a Thanos heist story. Viewers get to see the reason for the villain's quest. The film also brought together a number of characters for the first time, from the Guardians of the Galaxy picking up Thor, to Spider-Man begging Mantis not to go Facehugger on him. Meanwhile, Avengers: Endgame works as a sendoff for Steve Rogers and Tony Stark. All the while, there's time-travel to previous scenarios and probably the biggest climax in the history of cinema. Both films have plenty of great attributes, making choosing one a challenge.

While promoting WandaVision, Elizabeth Olsen was interviewed by CinemaBlend, and asked which of the two recent Avengers films she prefers. The actress went with Avengers: Infinity War, saying she feels "more connected" to it.

"Well, I feel more connected to Infinity War, because I got to experience more of it. Endgame, I was confused. Because I was like, ‘Where did I just come from?’ [laughs]"

Olsen's response doesn't come as a surprise. There is a lot going on in Avengers: Infinity War, and Wanda plays a key role. Of course, her big scene is in the climax, when she has to destroy the Mind Stone, and thus Vision, to stop Thanos. Wanda's action is unfortunately soon rendered moot thanks to the Time Stone, but viewers could genuinely feel her sadness as she made the hard decision. In comparison, her role in Avengers: Endgame is a lot smaller, although she does have a memorable fight with Thanos.

It will be interesting seeing where Wanda's story goes in the MCU. After WandaVision, she will appear in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. No matter what, it's hard to picture a scene of hers matching the emotional intensity in Avengers: Infinity War, or the anger as she confronts Thanos in Avengers: Endgame. Still, with the performances Olsen has given as the character, it wouldn't be a surprise if she outdoes herself coming up.
