How to activate NetHD?

I found this Vietnam tracker from Jackett, it is open for registration,
The overall feeling is not bad.

But I can’t download torrents, I am prompted to activate something first,
It seems to have to spend money to activate a certain time.

Then I searched this tracker on IH and found some information,
But it's been a long time, I want to confirm whether this is still feasible,
Does anyone know?

Man, you really try to register on any available tracker. Do you really need this one?

It says if you are from Vietnam send him an email and keep seeding, you won't have to pay anything.

Torrenting has turned to business lately, many trackers try to sell you access.

Don't chase after every tracker, there are hundreds of them. And you can't manage an account on all of them. Even having accounts on more than 10 trackers is a burden.

Go only after well know trackers that have the stuff you want.
