The Handmaid's Tale is on its way with a new trailer and promotional images dropping for its fourth season. The dystopian series is adapted from the classic novel of the same name by Margaret Atwood, taking place in a totalitarian society. The show centers around the character of June Osborne, played by Elisabeth Moss. June is a fertile woman who becomes a Handmaid to Commander Fred Waterford and his wife, Serena Joy, under the name Offred after being captured trying to escape to Canada with her husband and daughter. The series received critical acclaim, winning a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama Series. The show also stars Joseph Fiennes, Yvonne Strahovski, Samira Wiley, Alexis Bledel, Ann Dowd, Max Minghella, and Bradley Whitford and is executive produced by Moss, Bruce Miller, and Warren Littlefield.

Now Hulu has released a trailer for the fourth season. The season's trailer can be seen below:

When last seen in the third season, June was under the name Ofjoseph and a Handmaid to Whitford's character, Commander Joseph Lawrence. By the end of the season, June managed to rescue and send a large number of children to Canada, but the trailer shows that the government is on the hunt for her. June also has unfinished business with the people in Gilead who tortured her. Fans will have plenty of the show to look forward to and will find out what her vengeance will be and what the people in Gilead have in store for her when The Handmaid's Tale premieres on April 28 on Hulu.
