Adjustment of membership statistics, class and status for non-contributors

◦ All members except uploaders with more than 500Gb upload will get upload reduced to match 1.5 ratio due to multiple system credits given by an error.
◦ All members with no activity or negative ratio will be demoted to probationary class.
◦ Probationary class membership expires after 60 days of initiation.
◦ Probationary class will be able to download only golden torrents (upload not affected).
◦ Promotion to user class occurs after 20Gb upload or membership verification.
◦ Membership verification cost is 10 USD (after all fees) and applies 20Gb account credit.
◦ Open enrollment is free to probationary class.
◦ Membership by invitation is free to user class.

Avoid unnecessary posts such as 'Thank you', 'Welcome', etc. Such posts will be deleted and user will be warned if it happens again. If caught spamming, the following actions are applicable -

• First time - Warning
• Second time - 5000 Points will be deducted
• Third time - Ban for 7 days
• Fourth time - Permanent Ban
