This seedbox company have been outstanding though. . Their support has been the most important thing for me anyway they had a bad time when i couldnt get answer from them but before and after that time, its been like a dream. They advertise this: 'Your SeedBox is INSTANTLY activated and ready as soon as you are finished ordering!'. They 'activated' the service immediately after the payment, but rutorrent URL is not working, file manager is not working, FTP access is also not working. Update: The website is responding now, just brought the starter seed box. the promo code does not work. the website doesn't seem stable at all........... Guest madasahatter August 8, 2012 Share August 8, 2012 Was looking online to see if anyone else has had problems with this company, and found the original poster of this topic spamming numerous torrent related sites promoting his seedbox company. Seriously avoid this guy and his company at all costs, the prices look good, but the result is terrible. I was a customer for two months in which time they kept altering prices, taking the servers offline supposidly for maintennance and upgrades, disabling RuTorrent plugins so you could no longer create torrents using the boxes, and finally limiting bandwidth if you started chewing through alot of data and bullshit promises from thier supposed support department if they even bothered to reply in a timely manner, blagging how sorry they were & this sort of thing wouldn't happen again, in two months the box was unavailiable for 14days due to random access issues or them taking it offline.. The straw that broke the camels back was 72hours of downtime and no reply from support, now have a full refund awarded by paypal after I took action against the company. As far as I can tell it's run by a single french guy reselling over subscribed OVH servers, which they fill until breaking point. Avoid at all costs & don't waste your money, there are plenty of good seedbox resellers out there, but Upseed.eu is a cowboy outfit looking to rake in fast cash at the expense of genuine customers.
