Due to the growing number of internal uploaders, we'd like to introduce some new rules and features for the TorrentBD internal release system.

Claiming Rules:

Remux

❏ An INTERNAL Remuxer can claim up to 1 remux at a time.  

❏ After the blu-ray source has been seeded 100% on source trackers, an internal uploader will have a maximum of four hours (4) to upload his remux. The claim will become invalid exactly four hours after the source's release time. Following that, anyone can upload any acceptable remux.

❏ Internals will have up to 24 hours to upload their claimed remux for TV Shows.

❏ Specially treated films, such as those that receive a remux release prior to the Blu-ray source, are excluded from claiming. We don't want our users to miss out on the contents because of the claiming rules. So, anyone can upload those remuxes as soon as they're available on other trackers.
Examples: FraMeSToR, PmP, etc.

❏ INTERNALs who are lacking sufficient home internet speed or a VPS/RDP are highly recommended to not claim any remuxes.  Other remuxers may be able to deliver the content more quickly.  

❏ INTERNALs will have an additional two hours to post a repack if anything goes wrong with the initial remux. The time period will begin immediately upon the torrent's upload.

❏ INTERNALs must seed their remuxes for as long as they can and should keep a backup of the remux in the cloud or offline. A seedless remux within a week after its release is not expected from INTERNALs. So keep this in mind.

Special features/rules for all current TorrentBD Internals and future Internals:

⫸ Regardless of the 'TAG/RG', a torrent can be marked as TorrentBD INTERNAL if the file was ripped/remuxed/encoded by the uploader himself and he retains the Internal attribute. The TAG/RG no longer has to be originated from TorrentBD.

⫸ All existing and future Internals must choose the highest available SDR source for their encodes.

⫸ Internals should also avoid doing low-quality encodes or rips just because a slot is available. Repetition of such activities may and will result in revocation of the IU attribute.

⫸ The exclusive rule given in the description by the Internal uploader must be properly followed. You will be banned if you re-upload such torrents on a private tracker.

Exclusive Standards/Rules that must be followed by INTERNAL WEB-DL rippers:

❂ The WEB-DL must be correctly ripped/decrypted and must have the highest quality stream available.

❂ The WEB-DL must contain all available subtitles or at least ENGLISH language subtitles. (Forced + Regular)

❂ The WEB-DL must contain single audio for English, Hindi & Bengali language titles and Dual audio (original + English) for foreign-language titles such as French, Italian, Japanese, etc.  INTERNALs are not allowed to upload their claimed show as Dual audio if the original language is English, Hindi, or Bengali.  

❂ The WEB-DL should follow the proper naming convention.

[Silent Watcher]

Avoid unnecessary posts such as 'Thank you', 'Welcome', etc. Such posts will be deleted and user will be warned if it happens again. If caught spamming, the following actions are applicable -

• First time - Warning
• Second time - 5000 Points will be deducted
• Third time - Ban for 7 days
• Fourth time - Permanent Ban
