Editor’s Note: A lawsuit has been filed against Activision Blizzard by the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, which alleges the company has engaged in abuse, discrimination, and retaliation against its female employees. Activision Blizzard has denied the allegations. The full details of the Activision Blizzard lawsuit (content warning: rape, suicide, abuse, harassment) are being updated as new information becomes available.

A fan of Call of Duty: Warzone has imagined a new map consisting of some of the best maps from across classic Modern Warfare games. Call of Duty: Warzone has introduced map redesigns since its launch, adding and revamping areas to keep the free-to-play experience fresh for its players. Despite updates, a map honoring previous games in the franchise is something fans would love to see.

Call of Duty: Warzone's large map is a vast playground for battle royale lovers to explore and conquer, and it's expected to change even more in the coming months. The next game in the series, believed to be called Call of Duty: Vanguard, is likely to be released this year, and Warzone's existing map and content should see some big changes in order to encourage sales of the paid experience. A recent leak has suggested Warzone's biggest map ever will release alongside Vanguard, and will apparently bring Vanguard's World War 2 setting to Warzone.

Reddit user and Call of Duty fan DropTheSoapFB has shared their idea for a Warzone map comprised of classic Modern Warfare maps. Their fan art shows a giant map consisting of Rust, Terminal, Highrise, and Estate from Modern Warfare 2, as well as Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare's Bloc. The user has even added where in Verdansk the classic maps should appear, ranging from the Salt Mine (Rust) to East Promenade (Bloc). The fan creation has received a lot of attention on Reddit, with close to 3000 upvotes at the time of writing.

The fan's choice of Modern Warfare maps shows careful consideration when it comes to the gameplay they'd provide in Warzone. As well as small close-quarters maps like Rust and medium-sized maps like Terminal, the picks also include Bloc, which is a much larger map. The variation in sizes would allow fans to tackle different strategic methods of combat, preventing gameplay from getting stale. Whether or not Warzone players will ever see a map like this is unclear, but it could be a good way to connect the game with Modern Warfare classics.

The map's creator titled the post "I know Anti-Cheat is strongly needed but WHAT IF?", referencing the ongoing cheating problem in Warzone. The game has been heavily criticized for its many cheaters, with Raven Software apparently working on a new fix to tackle Warzone's cheating issues. Players will likely see the cheat fix implemented long before they see anything akin to the fan Warzone map, though Raven Software hasn't revealed what the cheat fix is, or when it'll go live.
