Despite being out for only a week, players have managed to discover a littany of secrets within Far Cry 6. Considering how expansive and detailed the world of Far Cry 6 is, there's sure to be a number of cosmetic characteristics featured throughout the game that relates to content outside of what the main narrative has to offer. Though, this most recent discovery is rather different comparatively.

As games have grown to become more ambitious in terms of scope and scale, secret content in the form of Easter eggs has started to become much more commonplace and the Far Cry series is no exception to this. For instance, Far Cry 5 featured numerous Easter eggs based on It, such as red balloons appearing at the entrance of sewers. While Far Cry 6 also has its fair share of Easter Eggs, there is one that players would only be able to find if they knew how to translate Morse code.

A Reddit user named infinite_spinergy encountered a Morse code message left behind by former Ubisoft sound designer, Cameron Britton. The Morse code translates to "Cameron Britton is the greatest sound designer of all time." It's certainly a clever Easter Egg that very few players would have otherwise noticed. Not to mention that it's an audio based Easter Egg, which deviates quite intensely from the multitude of visual based Easter Eggs featured throughout Far Cry 6.

This isn't the first Far Cry 6 Easter egg with a developer's personal sentiment behind it. A few days ago, a former Far Cry 6 dev revealed a tribute to his pet cat in the form of murals scattered throughout Yara's open-world. It's amazing to see just how much of the development teams' various personalities are able to shine through in Far Cry 6.

It will be interesting to see what other secrets and hidden content players manage to find within Far Cry 6. Payers have already encountered Far Cry 6's secret ending, in addition to a number of other hidden details scattered throughout the game. Although, what has many Far Cry 6 fans excited is the upcoming DLC campaigns that will be featured in the Far Cry 6 Season Pass.

For the first time ever, players will be able to play as previous villains in the Far Cry 6 DLC. What that entails is still up for debate, considering that the DLC won't be released for several months. However, given the uniqueness of the player characters, there's bound to be significant changes and variance in gameplay.

Far Cry 6 is available now on Amazon Luna, PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S
