PC will always be superior. To sum it up, everything you want to run on a game console was designed on a PC anyway then lowered in specs to function on a game system. Game consoles are set in hardware while you can always upgrade and boost a PC simply by swapping out a few parts and not needing to buy an entire new machine in most cases.

If you're just playing games then a console is the best option.
But you're way more flexible on a pc, just think about modding or upscaled textures
