This Scene Palace is one of the weakest general trackers There is nothing special about this site at all And is one of the oldest general trackers And in terms of site registration, they announce that you can register Or you can register by invitation

Its moderate tracker. As mentioned not many seeder/downloader. But atleast many old are seeded properly. They easy ratio maintaining system. 

Forum is not so active and very less active members.As general tracker it has good contents.So not so bad for me.
