Our site here needs some shout participation, lurking does not help the site at all.

When  members are active in shout it gives others a reason to join in and get to know
other members, there is nothing wrong with a little commradery while browsing the site
for your daily treasures.

There will be an incentive for new members and inactive members to get more active on
our site here, any members who add an avatar will be awarded bonus points and some other
goodies & any new members who say hi in shout will be awarded some bonus points as well.

First timers in shout will be given a special bounty as a surprise !

Participation from all members including owners & staff would surely be welcome, as being a staff
member can be quite uneventful most of the time.

Lastly, there is a new site poll regarding whether or not site shout is needed here, so if
you haven't voted yet please do.

• First time - Warning
• Second time - 5000 Points will be deducted
• Third time - Ban for 7 days
• Fourth time - Permanent Ban
