JME-ReUnit3D is a small German Movie/TV/FANRES tracker based on Unit3D. They have a database of over 6000 torrents and 600+ users. The tracker is focusing on German-dubbed contents but English contents is available too. There is Hit and Run rule: all completed torrents must be seeded for 72 hours. Bonus points are available and can be exchanged for upload credits and invites. The tracker is considered to be quite small community overall. The interface is in German, but you can use Google Translator for English.

It's a small site. Only some English contents are there alongside German.
