Bad Bunny hypes Brad Pitt's new action hero role in the upcoming Bullet Train. Directed by David Leitch, who is best known for Atomic Blonde, Deadpool 2, and Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw, Bullet Train follows 5 assassins who find themselves on the same bullet train with similar missions. The film is adapted from the Japanese novel Maria Beetle by Kôtarô Isaka with a script from Fear Street: Part Two – 1978 writer Zak Olkewicz.

The initial trailer for Bullet Train teases plenty of close-quarters action and colorful characters, with Pitt's character, Ladybug, taking center stage. The film reunites Pitt and co-star Sandra Bullock after the pair recently starred in The Lost City together. In addition to Pitt, Bullock, and Bad Bunny, Bullet Train features a standout cast, including the likes of Zazie Beetz, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Joey King, Logan Lerman, Michael Shannon, Karen Fukuhara, Hiroyuki Sanada, and Brian Tyree Henry.

In a new interview with GQ, Bad Bunny teases what is to come from Pitt in his role as Ladybug, calling the actor "super fire." The rapper-turned-actor reveals that there were even times on set after Leitch called "Cut!" that it would hit him that he was acting alongside Pitt. Check out Bad Bunny's full comment below:

“Brad Pitt was super fire. Sometimes, during filming, they’d yell ‘Cut!’ and I would think, 'What the f--k. I’m here with Brad Pitt!'”

Pitt, of course, is no stranger to being an action star, having previously appeared in films like Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Fury, Spy Game, and World War Z. While not known for his action-filmmaking, Bad Bunny would appear to be embracing his inner action star for Bullet Train, with the trailer for the film teasing at least one fight scene between him and Pitt. It's still not clear exactly how big Bad Bunny's role is in the upcoming film, but, at the very least, he gets to engage in an intricate piece of fight choreography with one of the most well-known movie stars on the planet.

With Leitch also having previously served as an uncredited co-director of John Wick, a film that has, in many ways, revolutionized action filmmaking, Bullet Train has the potential to see Pitt become an action star unlike any of his previous roles. Although Bullet Train appears to be more lighthearted and funny than John Wick, Pitt, like Keanu Reeves before him, appears to be embracing the intricate fight choreography Leitch has become known for. It remains to be seen what the outcome of the fight between their two characters is, but Bad Bunny certainly seems to have enjoyed being a co-star to Pitt in Bullet Train.
