I found the application process to this website incredibly complicated. I followed the rules to join this tracker, uploaded the screenshots I needed to, wrote a relatively lengthy description as to why I wished to join this website, and the administrators still refused to let me into their website. If you can get in, I guess the admins decided to play nice with you.
