This is a mass message and only concerns members who do not respect the H$r seed times
despite all the preventions we have made,
the H$r rules will change, currently it takes 7 H$r to be banned from downloading and 10 to be banned
from April 15th
it will be 3 h&r to no longer be able to download and 5 to be banned ,
we regret to come to this point but there is really too much abuse.

We encourage you to re-seed your offending torrents for H$r
as well as Hit and Run Count (all times):
when the rules change, there is a risk of you being disconnected depending on the number of H$r to accumulate

Avoid unnecessary posts such as 'Thank you', 'Welcome', etc. Such posts will be deleted and user will be warned if it happens again. If caught spamming, the following actions are applicable -

• First time - Warning
• Second time - 5000 Points will be deducted
• Third time - Ban for 7 days
• Fourth time - Permanent Ban
