RoadWarrior February 13, 2015 Share February 13, 2015 Nick Gordon has released a statement saying he is 'in constant prayer' for Bobbi Kristina Brown. The 21-year-old daughter of the late Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown remains in hospital after being found unconscious and face down in a bath full of water at her home in Roswell, Georgia at the end of January. There have been conflicting reports about her partner Nick, including that he has been banned from visiting her by her family and was planning to take legal action so he could attend hospital. He has now released a statement about the matter. 'In response to reports that Nick Gordon is taking legal action, he would like it to be clear, he is not. Mr. Gordon's only concern is the recovery of Bobbi Kristina,' it read. 'He remains in constant prayer for his companion and he hopes to be reunited with her soon. Despite the incredible public interest, we ask and hope that this request can be resolved privately by Mr. Gordon and the family.' The message was released via his attorneys Randy Kessler and Joe Habachy. Last year Bobbi and Nick announced via social media that they had married, which caused widespread shock as Whitney had raised Nick as if he was her son. However, following Bobbi's hospitalisation her father has insisted the pair are not legally man and wife. In an interview with 11Alive, Bobbi's cousin Jerod Brown insisted that Nick only wants what is best for her. It was Jerod who suggested Nick was planning to take legal action so he could visit the star in hospital. 'At the moment, he's not," he said. "I'm in contact with Nick. To be honest with you, Nick is feeling very emotional right now behind all of this. He's pretty torn about what's going on." There is currently no information about Bobbi's incident, such as why is happened. The family have released several statements over the last week insisting her condition is improving and slamming reports her life support machine will be switched off.
