Are you scared of Death?

Every time I think of death, in my future, I think of my past.

What was it like before I was born?

I was dead back then too.

Was it scary?

I don't think so :)

So there you have it - death, nothing new to us humans.

I look forward to my own death, an end all be all to a stressful existence. My opinions may change as I approach it, however. And I will live my life fully, as life is awesome, it's just the peace at the end will be the ultimate reward.

Some universities are researching detailed facts by young children of which they should have no way of knowing except as they claim by reincarnation. Cessation at death would be nice but looks like numerous lifetimes of suffering in physical & energy forms across the universe, until final release into one's own real nature of mind which is also the same awareness manifesting as the illusory universe.

Death in nothing, literally. It's the in between time of when you go to sleep and wake up when you don't dream. It's not darkness, it's nothingness.

But it's ok, it's how it always was an will always be.

Don't worry over something you can't control :) .

I'm scared of the unknown, whatever it maybe. That's a inherent fear in all of us.

It keeps us safe, we think. Have you ever been in your backyard doing something and some animal

just appears in your view but you don't know what it is? You start to think what is that and untill you

know your kind of back away from it or even start running back to the house at break-neck speed.

Death is scary only because so much of it is unknown. What happens the second we fade from this world? That's what intrigues me and scares me the most.
