Pretime is the time taken by a tracker to upload a torrent after its has been pre'd on topsites. It only matters for TV shows if want my opinion(and movies too, but it's not like i would go balistic if a r5 or bluray release is 3 minutes latter than the best pre.

As for the Magnet-URI: http://www.ghacks.net/2010/06/05/what-is-a-magnet-link-and-how-does-it-differ-from-torrents/ (by reading, this you'll quickly understand why it's not used on private trackers ;)
