Yeah its the amount of seeders and how good connection they have. If it's low amount of seeders on a torrent it's most likely u wont get full speed like u would on other torrents with many seeders, but it depends on the tracker also. Some trackers have better seeders then others.

yea doubt the program is at fault lol. You won't download fast on any torrent app if there's 2 seeders which combined give 10KBps :P

i think seeders will help u to download the torrent fast but when u start downloading a torrent the ppl who downloaded 10% of the total will also help u to download ,,....and in private tracker this will help u to download aswell as upload and maitain good ratio coz very few ppl have full torrents at the beginning....
