Simple, practical and very fast.

I use BitTorrent, which is basically the exact same thing as uTorrent just with a different logo (since BitTorrent Inc purchased uTorrent but kept their own BitTorrent client alongside it but made it the same as uTorrent). It works great!

I'm suprised that uTorrent is still so popular, given the add\malware introduced in the latest versions.

Do people still use 2.x I presume?

in windows μTorrent all the time but in linux environment always rtorrent/rutorrent. It's fast, configurable and few resources consumed.

I'm a user of uTorrent although I am always on the lookout for a better one as I'm sick of the ads.

I use utorrent because i like that it gives you the option to choose what to download before.
