Teenager Google searches herself and finds hundreds of sickening fake porn images

A TEENAGER who Google searched herself was horrified to find hundreds of sickening fake porn images and explicit videos.

Noelle Martin, from Perth, Australia, was just 18 when she made the sickening discovery.

In one picture, she appeared to be having sex in an explicit video, while others had Noelle's face edited onto women in sexual poses.

Now a 23-year-old law graduate, Noelle told news.com.au: "It is so violating and it feels like someone is pouring paint stripper onto your dignity. It’s so dehumanising."

Vile trolls had created the explicit pictures from photographs she took as a 17-year-old and uploaded onto Facebook.

But she became terrified when some images had included where she lived and what she was studying.

On social media, she told her followers: "There was a time when I would see these doctored images of me on pornographic sites and uncontrollably cry myself to sleep."

She added: "I really cannot put into words the feeling of when I first saw those pictures.

"I have been photo-shopped having sexual intercourse and on the body of a woman wearing a sheer top with the slogan ‘I am a dumb cow’ on it.

"I have been put onto the cover of two adult movies, one had the words, 'Treat me like a w***e' on the front."

When she first reported the incident to police, she was told it was her fault, and was urged to be cautious with the type of images she posted online.

Noelle has begun to speak out about her image-based abuse as she is still experiencing the impacts, five years on.

One in five Australian’s aged between 16 and 49 experience image-based abuse, the news-site reported.

New laws are being introduced by the Western Australian government that would make it a criminal offence to distribute non-consensual intimate images of someone.

Photoshopped images would also be covered under this definition.

This crime would carry with it a jail term of 18 months and fines up to ÂŁ13,647 ($18,000).

The Office of the eSafety Commissioner organisation encourages victims to report issues so they can " take action to remove the images and provide other forms of support that may be needed”.
