1Gbit vs 10Gbit Seedbox

lol i went to buy a 1Gbit box after my last post and then I see 10Gbit boxes... am i really gonna see a performance boost?

Are they worth it? its only an Extra $5 a month but if its pointless Ill avoid getting it.

Any input would be greatly appreciated

Anyways , if its just 5$ more . . Its worth a try :) I have only used a 10GBit seedbox once till date , only for 2 days! They were awesome :D So i would prefer them!

For a 5$ difference, I wonder what the rpm of the drive used is. If the drive ain't fast, there's no use as you won't be able to write as fast as you would be able to download.

but for my uploads it doesnt matter how fast the drive can write correct??

I think ill try a 1gbit box this month and 10gbit next month so I can compare the 2 cause i really have nothing to go on here, as ive never had a seedbox b4

I've had seedunlimited and it sucks. Don't worry, having a 10 gbit would be good cos you won't be able to maximise it. They stuff too many people on a server. Damn, I couldn't even maximise a 100 mbit box.

ok i guess ill try fibrenetworks then... cause ya i was just gonna post about bad reviews ive found regarding seedunlimited....

has anyone tried fibrenetworks? are they worth it etc?

The cheapest OVH 10Gbit is €237.99. So make that 280 to include profits. Take the amount you pay for your 10Gbit seedbox, divide it by 280,00 en then you'll the # of users on the server lol
