VLC ... I loved KM Player but after i upgraded to the lastest version it started developing problems and craashes frequently. Also it has become very slow and the picture clarity also for some reason is not as good as when the same video is played on VLC.

Unfortunately subtitles cannot be sync-ed in VLC (as far as I can work it out). For music I love foobar.

Doesn't VLC still do this?

:D

(I say that even though I still have VLC that I never bothered uninstalling.) But I mainly use MPC and KMPlayer for videos files. And Winamp for music files.

I dont use a media player on pc or laptop. I play all my stuff in XBMC on my AsRock ION htpc, works like a charm, plays every format :)
