The emo singer/rapper passed away at the age of 21 just over a year ago

A posthumous Lil Peep album has been officially announced, and has been previewed today (October 18) with the release of its lead single ‘Cry Alone’ – watch the video, starring Peep, below.

The singer/rapper, AKA Gustav Elijah Åhr, passed away on November 15, 2017 in Arizona. A medical examiner reportedly ruled subsequently that Peep had died from an accidental overdose of fentanyl and Xanax.

Unreleased music from Peep’s archives will now be released in the form of a new album, which is being billed as the sequel to his 2017 debut ‘Come Over When You’re Sober’.

Set to be released on November 7, ‘Come Over When You’re Sober, Part. 2’ was announced on the artist’s still-active Instagram page. His mother, Liza, wrote in the caption: “It’s just what we all would have expected from Gus.” See the post below.

The announcement of ‘Come Over When You’re Sober, Part. 2’ has been paired with the release of the gritty new video for the record’s lead single, ‘Cry Alone’, which was filmed back in May 2017. See that, and the tracklist for the new album, below.

Come Over When You’re Sober (Part Two):

01 Broken Smile (My All)
02 Runaway
03 Sex With My Ex
04 Cry Alone
05 Leanin’
06 16 Lines
07 Life Is Beautiful
08 Hate Me
09 IDGAF
10 White Girl
11 Fingers

The new album announcement and single release follows swiftly on from the arrival of another posthumous Peep track, ‘Falling Down’ – a collaboration with the late rapper XXXTentacion, who was killed in the summer.
