Used to be big into PC gaming but got tired of compatability issues and the need to upgrade hardware every 6 months or so. If there's a FPS that I really like I end up buying it for PC because nothing beats a mouse and keyboard. Besides, I need to devote my CPU resources to torrenting ;|

there are games like turn based strategy (civilization series ) , or mmorpg's which are great playing on the pc ,

simulators like silent hunter too! and i think a lot more ,just not in my mind right now .

but its true that consoles conquered the real time shootem ups.

by the way having both nowadays is not that expensive ;) there can be a good combination of both in the house !:P:P
