it depends on the month so it range from 30 GB down / 60 GB up in most months and 200 GB down / 300 GB up during long holidays when i get the prime isp subscription :D

i am only allowed 50 gig on home connection rofl but i dl around 400 gig a month to my box then gets a friend to ftp it for me as he as unlimited up and download

my seedbox does a few TB per month. My home connection, used to do a couple hundred GB, until they raised the overage charges. Now I try and stick within the 95GB allowed, so far, haven't been able to :unsure:
