This means if you dont download something in 5 days they will delete your account. In 30 days you have to make 4500 points with downloading and uploading torrents, i suggest you to have a unmetered seedbox for this. When i made the required points i had about 8TB uploaded and 1TB downloaded.

just try to check your email, maybe they sent you the new url (or maybe they are just down)
