I have 2 wd 2 terra, one is connected via usb and the other is shared via ethernet. The  increase in speed on the ethernet connected one is well worth the additional 20 $ it costs.

I presently have 8; books , music and films. I used to have up to 30, but a lot of the content was redundant so i kept only the ones i was using the most.
