I couldn't agree more with this.

CGPeers, CGPersia and the gfx branches. They have a ton of resources available to help novice and expert artists in digital art, vfx, cgi, 2D and 3D along with painting. I think they have resources for fields outside of art though I'm not sure.

I'll start off first as the thread starter.

I think my 'quirk' developed somewhere in primary school when I was asked if I could move my ears.

I moved it yeah..just not in the direction most people do which is outwards. When I move them, they move upwards. Thanks to this, I can move separate areas of my scalp independently.

Another quirk of mine is the ability to crack every joint in my arms TG style in addition to the tips of my fingers and thumbs. Due to some weird physics, my ankles pretty much crack whenever I want them to or when I don't want them to ( sneaking about the kitchen).
