I would definitely not send screenshots to no name trackers.

Basic Unit3d look, can even be a fake tracker.

Surely only a senior user will receive an invitation only.

You will receive an invitation from an official recruitment sooner.

For example (They are currently recruiting here.):

I have no information on another site.

No invitations were issued (Expert User rank).  I think there are only recruitments right now.
