Yeah, you're weird.Why do you need to know? It's not like you're going to get some online action if you know what I mean.

You will need modding to your console. It will be hard to explain onto here since there is so many steps and its quite confusing. On Xbox360, if you go online, you will have a high risk of getting your console banned because Microsoft can detect it.

Damn, today a great tracker has died. I have donated lots of money to the tracker and I have over 100 torrents downloaded from there. It was a great experience there and I just love their bonus/point system, no tracker can compare to it. I guess now I will have to use PTP and PTN... Please discuss your thoughts here.

Israel and Romania, for example, seem to have a bad reputation for cheating and leeching. (But I have heard the largest israeli ISP manipulates announces to report an upload of millions of terabytes, get you banned, and save some bandwidth) In my opinion, banning whole countries because of cheaters is a bad move. Disallowing further registrations from an specific country while reviewing already existing members from it, like ScT did with its temporal Romania ban, would be an interpunct.
