I agree its absurd, but its the tracker rules.. they make the test a compulsion just to ensure all accounts are active..

I'm sure the "peasant test" it jus ton chinese trackers i don't find on anyone.It a good ideea beacause the inactive accounts are deleted or if you don't pass the test same.But they pass any measure with these rules :P

1 If it is https cause red kind, you can select all the seeds and modify the tracker for http connections.
Personal Settings page do not check "Use SSL data encryption protocol connection Tracker (BT client)."

2 If you are still unable to resolve, modify hosts.
