Hello everyone! I hope I'm posting in the right place. I'm new to using a message board like this. Also about me, I don't use any social media, but I'm going to learn! I'm over 50, and coming off of an injury / surgery, and one of the things I'm looking to get out of being here, and encourage others in my position to do, is to make the next 12 months a total body transformation, and go from the worst to the best shape of my life. I believe we have all the resources here to do that. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be interested in hearing them. I've been focusing on intermittent fasting, and I'd like to stay simple with body weight exercises that I can do with minimal equipment, and at home. That's all for now.
