Was apart of BitSoup abandoned that a few years back after being with them nearly a decade! Silly staff and system. Went to AlphaRatio, great site and place. Unfortunately about to be banned for a poor ratio. Our poor ratio originally it came from having crap upload speeds on ADSL here in Australia, then finally when we got decent speeds over here we found no matter what we do it just wont upload, there's already always too many seeders and they never leech for us so...... despite me having it set to like 500kb/sec for 72 hours or 1.3 ratio.......... I tried explaining this to to the staff ages ago. Recently I found out they banned my brother inlaws account, canned our invites. When I asked why...... omg the responses I got from their 'so called staff'. Bunch of little boys.... their egos, a bunch of pigs. So they threatened me, said I created a duplicate account, our ratio was crap and then said they were gunna ban us if we didn't get it up etc..... their donation system is a joke, it would cost us thousands ...... to even come close. We cannot just upload, nobody leeches.......... Their system is broken so here I am leaving before the a**hats kick us off. I love Alpha, but a sites only as good as it's staff, I tried reaching out to the head guys....... no response. I tried explaining my case, and the d*ckhead responses I got back from the staff. Nothing....... It's tough...... explaining to staff normally only to get some childish reply, but thats life you cant fix people you can only move on so..... Guess we still haven't found a home yet.
