I considered myself to be a hardcore gamer, but I've noticed something lately: I purchase games, but don't finish them. Off the top of my head, I can think of a few * Red Dead Redemption 2 * Skyrim * Shadow of the Tomb Raider I just lose interest. I just finished Kingdom Hearts 3, but I had to force myself to finish it. I don't get it. I stay engaged with shorter titles (Overwatch comes to mind) because they don't take much time, but longer titles that have involved storylines, just kill me. Skyrim for example, I think I saw the size of the world and just gave up. Has anyone had this issue? Anyone have any tips to combat this, or should I just stick to shorter titles? I think it might just be a fact that I have things I have to do and obligations (no kids yet) and just can't justify involved gaming sessions.
