Dear friends, it's promotion time again!
Dear members,
Happy New Year! We hope you had a great holiday season with your loved ones. 2021 has been a year to forget as soon as possible, and although we know that many who are professional magicians suffer from the financial consequences, and of health issues, we also have members who had reason to celebrate that year. I know a few babies were born (children and grand children) and even a wedding. Let's hope 2022 brings us a better year!
For some members here the year with start with some joy as they will be promoted to a higher level, and as promised we will only do promotions. Demotions will be done next month.
So it's spotlight time again! Let's first welcome our new VIPs, or better said: renewed VIPs as they all had that status at one time: DOZ, akosweets, Nomendelta, chaitanyat13. Well done guys. Good to have you back on your VIP status!
We can't put them all in the spotlight but it's important to know that we have a steady group who have been VIP for many years. I counted at least 26 of them. They always contribute and keep their status, year after year. So thanks to all those VIPs who are part of the backbone of AOM. Thanks guys for your ongoing effort!
The next group of members have even VIPped in 2 categories. Put your hands together for kgoosie, reus737, zlidini, Neur0mancer, Magicwizard :clap: VIPping once wasn't enough for you guys. You really stretched! On behalve of all of us thanks for all your everything you have done!
And just as every term we want to put the spotlight on our top uploader. Just as the previous term it was saint who uploaded the most torrents, almost 200. Thank you so much for all the wonderful uploads you shared!
On behalf of all of the staff we want to thank all our active members, generous donors as without them we could not be able to give away so many great prizes.
And let's not forget our wonderful staff who put in all their dedication to make sure everything runs smoothly. Thanks a lot guys. I know that I can leave AOM in your professional hands when I can't be around.

qBittorrent 4.4.x [Discuss]
I have whitelisted qBittorrent 4.4.x but please be aware that PTP does not support v2 Torrents and when using it, make sure that you create your torrents as v1 and not Hybrid or v2. The Hybrid will look like it is working but it in fact causes issues.
Ignorance is not an excuse, so, please, make sure you are super careful when uploading content to our tracker.-

The CMCT working group is now recruiting the following people for all members. If you are interested in participating, please choose a group that suits you from the following groups to join:
1. OCR group: SUP subtitle OCR or video hard subtitle OCR.
2. Listening and proofreading group: subtitle adjustment axis/national subtitle dictation proofreading.
3. Suppression group: CMCT official suppressed works production
Chinese
language film production (recruiting only 2 people); foreign language film production (recruiting 10 people): English minimum level 4 and above. Subsequent adjustments to the synthesis of bilingual subtitles need to be completed independently, and it is not possible to start teaching from 0.
4. Special effects group: special effects subtitle production.
5. Audio track group: Audio track modulation/mixing.
6. DIY group: original DIY production (requires simple special effects production).
7. Art team: production of site banners, icons, etc. (Need to be proficient in P picture)
Job requirements:
1. After entering the working group, please do not quit at will.
2. To ensure that you can surf the Internet for a long time, you can use QQ frequently, and you can basically contact you every day, and you can complete tasks in the group on time.
3. Have a good impression of CMCT, have a team spirit, soy saucers who have been fishing for three days and two days on the net, and those who often do not go online on QQ, please do not disturb!
Application process:
1. Send a letter to the management team in the station , write "Applicant ** Group" in the subject, and write your own situation in the text. Applicants for suppressors need to fill in their own computer hardware configuration information .
