GEMMA Collins is so dedicated to Dancing On Ice that she hasn't missed a single training session, according to her boyfriend James Argent.

The Towie star's other half said she has been training hard at of the ITV show's kick off in January - and believes she could even win the competition.

Speaking to us on the red carpet at The Sun's Military Awards tonight - which were also attended by a host of stars including Emily Atack, Jacqueline Jossa and Helen Flanagan - the reality TV favourite, 31, gushed about his 37-year-old girlfriend's work ethic.

He said: "Me and Gem are really happy. She's working so hard.

"She's not missed one training session. Gemma is so dedicated to Dancing On Ice she's honestly going to shock a lot of people with how good she is and how seriously she's taking it.

"Gemma is so confident but she does have bad days. And they're tough for her.

"But mostly it's good days and she's coming on really well. I am so proud of her.

"She doesn't seem to be scared about any aspect of it. She can win!

"When the time is right I'll propose but not yet. It's got to be the right time, then I'll pull it out of the bag."

Gemma will be competing against stars including Wes Nelson, Brian McFadden and Richard Blackwood.

But she insists she and James aren't about to walk down the aisle.

She told Mail Online: "It will happen when it's ready.

"I want a yellow diamond. So unless he can come up with the goods...

"I deserve the best. I've put up with him for all this time! It will happen when it's ready."

James has previously revealed he wants to marry Gemma in 2019 - but is keen on a big proposal.
