How do you all organize your music collections, and what tools do you use to keep them in good shape?

I'm a fan of a simple folder structure:

\Album Artist\(Year) Album\01-Song.mp3

and all compilations under "Various Artists" (album artist), but also tagged with the actual artist.

I used MusicBrainz Picard (with last.fm plus plugin) for initial tagging, then use bliss to automate the process and keep things up-to-date when I change or tweak my organization settings.
