Best General Tracker

I have only been a member for a few days, and during those few days, I have been reading the tracker reviews and what people believe is the best tracker, but despite doing a search, I have not been able to answer the question I joined to answer: What is the best general tracker (or at least the best general tracker a regular person can join)?

I was a member of Ozone Torrents and I loved the tracker. I had a ratio over 8 and I used that tracker exclusively. One day, the tracker disappeared. Soon thereafter, I stumbled upon Torrent Day, and I have been a happy member (with a ratio over 11) for over two years.

While I will always consider Torrent Day my primary tracker, and while it seems like a vibrant tracker, I am concerned that one day it will disappear like Ozone Torrents did.

My questions are as follows:

First, what level of tracker would Torrent Day be considered? I consulted the sticky post in tracker reviews, and it was not listed, Because it only recently became private and because the powers that be are considering a more liberal invite policy, I would assume it would be a relatively low-level tracker.

Second, and more importantly, what trackers are most similar to Torrent Day (i.e. general tracker, large membership, free-leech, large content, etc.)? If Torrent Day ever disappears like Ozone (heaven forbid), I would like to have an idea what tracker I should try to become a member of.

If anyone is kind enough to give me suggestions, please know that while I am a conscientious member who seeds like a fiend, I have no contact who will invite me to even a mid-range tracker, so suggestions would be more helpful if they were low level tracker that has open enrollments or one that has members who routinely give away invites.

just like what you said ... because He was always an open tracker thats why it was not listed

well here we talk about Oday trackers ( general trackers )

you can chek iptorrent.com the great and the biggest private tracker with large content , very good pretime and great freeleech section

besides you can easy get an invite to this tracker

also you can chek Torrentleech.com similar to iptorrent ... it may more better ... but is not easy at all for a starter like you to get an invite there

I think the best general tracker one may join is FTN.

But for now, IPT, TL and RevTT will do very well ;)

Thanks to radar and Liquid Orion for the suggestions and advice. IPT and TL do look interesting and in the future (when I have the requisite qualifications), I will keep an eye out for appropriate invites if any become available. FTN (as a level 9 tracker) also looks fantastic, but I will not hold my breath for an invite there.

+1 of SCC . Other trackers that i love are SCC, TL, RevTT. I just joined LFM - it isn't bad either.

IPT is by far the best general tracker :)

High speed , fast pre-time , great freeleech section and huge database ... You can also try speed.cd ;)

Honestly. FTN is super over rated. There is not THAT great about the trackers.

My personal favorite stands a IPT. Has great speeds and releases from every genre. Followed by RevTT, PTN & GFT. The problem with RevTT is a hard to maintain ratio and GFT/PTN is the long seed time required.

IPT is easier to seed on but has all the releases in RAR, which is a pain!!

IPTorrents is by far the most superior. Thousands of Freeleech torrents + the forums are extremely active - easily the easiest tracker to keep a positive ratio on.

But the best Ratioless tracker IMO - is BTN - even though it is only TV shows.

I have RevTT - but don't like it at all.
